China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Chenghai Sub-council is in the charge of the Chenghai People’s Government, It specializes in the promotion for foreign trade & economic cooperation.
It’s main function is as following:
1. Cultivate a long-term cooperation with the trading organizations and commercial circles from foreign countries and Hong Kong、Macao and Taiwan etc. ;
2. Arrange the visiting to Chenghai of foreign trading group.
3. Organize the foreign trade & technology cooperation group to go
abroad for business promotion. Organize local enterprises to go abroad
for participating in the international exhibitions;
Sponsor the
international comprehensive & professional exhibitions & fairs in Chenghai.
4. Offer mediation on international trading dispute; Act as an agent in arbitration case
of trading; Offer legal consulting service in deal with international
trade & technology cooperation; Sign the Certificate of original and
other international commercial documents; Act as an
agent in applying for the Consul attestation,
Certificate of Force Majeure, ATA Carnet, Certificate
of products (US standard)、trademarks and patents.
Provide the enterprises and organizations with
consulting services about the information on
international trading & technology cooperation.
Chenghai Toys Association
Founded legally in June 1996, Chenghai Toys Association is a not-for-profit social organization formed by the enterprises & personnel who specializing in toys manufacturing, innovating, designing & distributing. It has developed more than 230 members.
The Association’s functions aim at regulating business activities in the line, protecting legal profit of the members, promoting the development of toys industry and booming the local toy’s business.
The concrete assignment is as following:
1. Perform as the ligament and bridge between the government、industry and enterprises.
2. To table propose and programming for the industrial development;
3. Organize and sponsor the Toy’s Exhibition、Fair、Exposition; Help the members to discover the domestic and international markets.
4. Provide the enterprises with the consult service in production innovation, technology promotion and quality guarantee.
5. Promote the domestic and international communication
and cooperation in toys industry.
CTA has been taking part in the organization of CCITF
since 1999. It has build up the “China Toys Network”,
“Chenghai Toys Association Network” and has published
the internal magazine 《Chenghai Toys & Gifts》 and
《Chenghai Toys Report》 to help the members to
cultivate markets. It has contributed itself in booming the
local economy effectively!
Chenghai Arts & Crafts Association
Founded legally in 1995, Chenghai Arts & Crafts Association is a non-profit social organization formed by the enterprise & personnel who specializing in arts & crafts manufacturing, innovating, designing & distributing. It has developed more than 50 members, is one of the chief member unite of Guangdong Arts & Crafts Association.
Under the correct leading of Chenghai district government, since establishment, Chenghai Industrial Arts Association takes advantage of itself, perform as the ligament and bridge between the government、industry and enterprises, protect the members’ legally rights & profits, maintain the industry order, assure the industry healthy develop. Exert the negotiator 、harmonious、synergic function, solidify total members, collect the new ideas, strengthen industry management, standardize industry order, maintenance industry profit, conformity industry resources, form the collection reaction, organizes the enterprises and companies to participate the exhibitions at home and abroad, enhance the business communication, exploit the domestic and international markets; Organize the cathedra and business cultivate class, boost up enterprises’ consciousness of intellectual property rights.
After many years of develop, Industrial Arts has been one of the backbone industry in Chenghai. Member enterprises specialize in Christmas decoration, Christmas tree, socks, anadem, series of Santa Claus, snowman, Angel, the adornment, craftwork fittings, special articles, office adornments and commodity on Hallowmas, Thanksgiving day, Easter day. The chief products are series of fabric arts, iron arts, wood arts and another craftwork, mainly export to occident zone. Since 1999, the industry arts enterprises have been taking part in the Chenghai International toys & gifts exhibition every year. Organize the members entertain national and province industry arts creation competition, and acquire the gold、silver & copper awards more than 20 pieces, struggle for certain credit for Chenghai Toys & Gifts town. Base on the incomplete stat, the total production value of Chenghai Industrial Arts is more than 2 billion recently and the number of workers is more than 20 thousand, including senior craftwork masters、craftwork masters, more than 10 persons and a large group of professional technicians.
